It’s been an exciting Q4 thus far at PrecisionLender, as we’ve taken home a few awards and nominations for our commitment to our employees and culture and our rapid growth. Here’s a quick recap:
Named Best Place to Work in Charlotte
For the past three years, PrecisionLender has been named a Best Place to Work in Charlotte, North Carolina by the Charlotte Business Journal. This year, we took second place in the small business category, which included companies ranging in size from 10-24 employees (local to Charlotte).
The Charlotte Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards is an annual event that recognizes outstanding local companies that have high employee satisfaction and honorable business practices. The winners are chosen based on a combination of employee surveys, work environment and company policies, among other criteria.
Named Fastest Growing Company in Charlotte
PrecisionLender was named to the Charlotte Business Journal’s Fast 50, which recognizes Charlotte’s fastest-growing private companies. The awards program looks at the area’s privately-held companies and determines winners using a formula that combines dollar and growth during a three-year period. Other requirements included having headquarters in the 16-county Charlotte region and revenue of at least $1 million in 2016.
At the awards ceremony on Dec. 7, PrecisionLender will find out where we’re ranked on that list of the 50. This is the third year in a row that PrecisionLender has earned this recognition.
Named Finalist for the NC Tech Awards
PrecisionLender was nominated for a 2017 NC Tech Award. This is the second year we’ve been nominated (the first being in 2014) and were a finalist in the “Software Company” category, along with AvidXchange, Bronto Software, Netsertive, Red Hat, and Thinkgate.
Made Mogul’s List of Top 100 Innovators in Diversity & Inclusion
Mogul, a platform that enables women to connect and share knowledge worldwide, recognizes 100 companies who are working to make strides in hiring diverse talent and creating a welcoming environment for their employees. They take into account diversity in leadership roles, support for employees, and social contribution.
We’re excited to announce that PrecisionLender made Mogul’s list of Top 100 Innovators in Diversity & Inclusion in 2017.
This year, we’ve grown our workforce by around 67% and are continuing to grow in both our Charlotte and Cary, NC offices. Interested in working for PrecisionLender? Check out our job openings here.
