Charlotte Business Journal Best Places to Work 2015Fast-growing software company PrecisionLender was recently honored by the Charlotte Business Journal at its Best Places to Work Awards, taking second place in the small business category. As a first-time participant, PrecisionLender beat out 40 of the 41 nominees in its category, which included all businesses under 50 employees.

The Charlotte Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Awards is an annual event that recognizes outstanding local companies that have high employee satisfaction and honorable business practices. The winners are chosen based on a combination of employee surveys, work environment and company policies, among other criteria. 

In addition to its recognition as one of Charlotte’s best places to work, PrecisionLender was also nominated for the Charlotte Business Journal’s Fast 50 Award. This award honors the regions’ top 50 fastest growing privately held companies and recognizes entrepreneurial excellence and leadership.
