Successful entrepreneurs Mikey Trafton and Mike Bosworth will speak at BankOnPurpose in Austin, TX on April 22, 2016, offering insight on building trust through storytelling and creating a great company culture.

Trafton and Bosworth join Lisa McLeod and Roy Spence as keynote speakers at BankOnPurpose. The conference, which is hosted by North Carolina-based PrecisionLender, aims to offer the banking industry a new perspective on how a customer-centric focus generates better performance, increases profitability, and injects purpose into bank operations.

The second day of the conference will begin with Mikey Trafton sharing how to build a world-class company culture in three easy steps, a topic he has previously discussed at Business of Software.
