In 2017, Lance closed more than $21mm in new commercial loan requests. He spends the time to understand the different deal structures and works diligently to customize deals to the customers’ needs, while building relationships at the same time. This is why he’s the 2018 Banker of the Year.

Elio led a team to bring about top-line growth across the Country Banking Businesses in Australia and New Zealand. His approach to consensus building and empowering those around him, along with increasing the bank’s profitability, is what earned Elio the Change Agent Award.

TD Bank

This team's leadership and commitment to innovation led to changes in technology that transformed how their bank works. Through cross-functional collaboration, this group not only upgraded internal processes, but also improved the customer experience. This tremendous transformation is what earned them the Digital Transformation Award.
